Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, and vehicle-road coordination have facilitated the deep integration of smart cities and smart transportation. To better showcase technical breakthroughs, best practices on industrial achievements and policy-making experience in smart cities and smart highways, and to promote international exchanges and cooperation, the China Highway and Transportation Society (CHTS), the Southeast University (China), and the International Road Federation (IRF) are pleased to jointly host the 2025 International Smart Transportation Symposium (2025 ISTS) (hereafter referred to as the "Symposium").
The Symposium will focus on forward-looking and critical technologies in smart cities and smart transportation and their integrated domain. The symposium will be featured with thematic presentations, high-level discussions, exhibitions, achievements releases, international competitions, and paper submissions, the event will invite government representatives, international organization leaders, global industry leaders, institutions, and renowned experts to exchange insights on industry hotspots, cutting-edge topics, and innovations. The Symposium aims to enhance scientific and technological achievements, unlock innovation potential, facilitate knowledge transfer, and establish mechanisms for international collaboration and talent development, contributing to cleaner, greener, and more sustainable transportation systems for a better future.
